STANDARD ASSIGNMENTS

Permanent

All jobs are advertised on our website as well as emailed to candidates who have signed up to our career updates. Our screening includes telephone and Skype screening by the resource team and our specialist consultants. CVs are forwarded to the client for assessment. We would then manage the process through interviews and offers until the assignment is completed. These assignments are generally completed on a contingency bases and a fee based on a percentage of the first years annual salary agreed in advance
A full job description would be taken from the client to ensure that we have a thorough understanding of the position.

Contract

A full brief is taken on the requirement from position and duration, to locations, travel and visa requirements and rates on offer. Once a full understanding is achieved, the process is as per the permanent positions, although the availability is far more sensitive for contract positions. For urgent roles, these will be worked across the regions to ensure a swift conclusion. We also focus on trying to assemble a team that has worked with the client/Customer previously and has had good feedback. We have a detailed compliance process to ensure customer and country requirements are met . We are able to arrange all travel and accommodation that may be required.
