FieldSource knows that each project and each geographic region is different. We understand the importance of taking consultative approach to projects that is more than just putting a person on site. Each project requires different people and skill sets. We know that building the right team requires matching those skills with the best attitude, and equally important is to provide continued support once the candidates are placed at site.

Whether it is a requirement for a single person for a short period, or a larger team for many months, the FieldSource Methodology requires candidates to be interviewed and then thoroughly prepared for the project technology and site location where they will be working.

To close the process and ensure continuous improvement, after each assignment, we send out a Quality Feedback form for each person, on each project. Completing this process ensures that our candidates, our company and our clients are all in agreement on the Competence, Quality and performance of each person we send to project sites.
