Most recently a Region General Manager at General Electric where he oversaw the expansion of the Field Service business from 500 to over 2,500 engineers and technicians. A relentless focus on technical competence as well as safety and quality behaviours resulted in the team winning the awards for best safety record, globally.

Middle East

Over 30 years of experience in the oil, gas, and power generation industry. most recently the Regional Managing Director of SSE Middle East where he developed and implemented business strategies and partnered with customers to develop and deliver full integrated solutions. A focused and quality oriented strategy, creating a team oriented world class service organization focusing on developing and retaining talent.
With previous experience as a Service Leader at GE Oil & Gas, he gained extensive knowledge of the Oil & Gas markets landscape and a wide range of industry products such as gas turbines, steam turbines, turbo expanders, compressors and control systems. He was also a proven operations leader within the Oil & Gas industries, as he led a team of 100+ field service engineers and 15 service and project managers.

UK/Europe

Most recently building and growing successful teams in specialist sectors such as Oil and Gas, Renewables, Power Generation and Healthcare. He has built a number of successful recruitment organisation generating Global sales. Using his Leadership skills and flexible approach, he has been able to ensure successful conclusion of many projects no matter what the location or skills requirements.

With over 20 years of recruitment experience both personally and as part of a wider team recruiting for many companies worldwide. He has set up and grown of offices in many countries including Iraq, Dubia, and US.
